HTP RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

HALF THE PRICE, being operated by HTP Clothing, is registered with the Department of Trade & Industry (DTI). Our official address is HTP Hub #0007 P. Castro St., Longos, Balagtas, Bulacan.

HTP Clothing reserves the right to change its Terms at any time without prior notice. Kindly review information posted online to obtain timely notice of such changes before placing order. Your continued shopping through our Instagram account after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of our amended Terms.

Do not tumble dry.
Cool iron on reverse.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

  • Replacement of item/s is allowed. You have three (3) days from the date of receipt of parcel to check if you received the right item/s in good condition and notify us for wrong or damaged item/s. In case refund or exchange will be requested, please present or send a copy of invoice to Customer Care Hotline through Viber +639951423686.
  • Item/s for return or exchange must be sent back to HTP Hub within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of parcel. Kindly request assistance from your designated hotline.
  • Replacement of item/s is subject to standard provision on consumer protection.
  • In case product is purchased at a discounted price, item will be exchanged based on the discounted amount.
  • HTP Clothing will accept product exchange provided that the product is in new and original condition and HTP tag is still attached.
  • Inner wear and swimwear cannot be exchanged due to hygienic reasons.
  • Overruns are HTP items that are tagged as such due to small or almost unnoticeable flaw. These items are still wearable and sold at a lower price. Overruns are not accepted for return or exchange. In the case that the flaw of the overrun item is severe, kindly inform your designated hotline right away.
  • HTP Clothing reserves the right for final decision. Also, HTP Clothing reserves the right to refuse excessive returns.
  • HTP Clothing will shoulder a maximum shipping fee of Php 100.00 if the reason for return is because of our fault. Kindly send the item you wish to return through a courier or bring it directly to our hub. Our complete address is HTP Hub #0007 P. Castro St., Longos, Balagtas, Bulacan.
  • HTP Clothing will notify customer once item is received back at our hub. The returned item will go through our Quality Control team and it will only be accepted for refund or exchange if it passes our QC.
  • Refunds are sent through selected banks (BPI and BDO) within seven (7) working days upon receipt of item.

GENERAL PROVISIONS ON EXCHANGE 

Only item/s from the latest collection are entitled to this return and exchange policy. Failure of the customer to pay reserved item/s within one (1) week or seven (7) days from the date of reservation means forfeiture of this policy. Return and exchange policy for wrong size or change of mind does not apply to item/s stored in our hub for more than a week or seven (7) days if the customer decides to delay shipping for order/s. Separate shipping fee must be settled by customer prior to shipping of new item/s.

EXCHANGE DUE TO WRONG ITEM DELIVERED OR MANUFACTURING FAULT 

Item/s that are damaged and not intended to be delivered to the customer can be returned to HTP Clothing within seven (7) days after receipt of parcel. Within the first three (3) days, the designated hotline must be informed of the matter then item/s must be shipped back to our office in the next four (4) days. After thorough inspection of the item by the Quality Control Team, request will be processed immediately and HTP Clothing will shoulder the expense for shipping the right item in good condition.
